Agility training for dogs of a minimum of 12 calendar months of age who have ongoing annual vaccination. Training is offered with the aim of the handler and dog reaching competition standard. European turns and gridwork form part of the instructed techniques.

Tuesday evenings

Current to 11th December 2018

For further details talk to an instructor.

Places Available for Experienced Dogs

We have places available immediately for dogs who have some Agility experience. Please tell us about your dog's current Agility level including experience on equipment including weaves.

Dogs must have ongoing annual vaccination and have a good recall. Please be aware that we run two classes concurrently per session - the arena is divided by a plastic mesh fence.

Dogs and handlers will be assessed by Instructors and placed in the appropriate class for their level.

Applications Open for Beginners

Applications are open for dogs who are new to Agility or very inexperienced. An induction and assessment session for the next intake is planned for Tuesday 18th September 2018 at 6.30pm followed by a beginners' course. Places will be offered on the course depending on the outcome of the assessment.

Dogs must be a minimum of 12 calendar months of age at the time of the intake. No previous experience is necessary but we recommend your dog has a sit and wait and a good recall. Dogs must have ongoing annual vaccination and be physically fit enough to do Agility - consult your vet if you need advice about this.

The beginners' group will be training in the First Session between 6.40pm - 7.30pm (TBC). Please be aware that another class trains at the same time in the other half of the arena; the two groups are separated by a plastic mesh fence.

Please fill in the Application Form to apply for a space in the new Agility intake in September 2018. This is for dogs who are new to Agility or very inexperienced. Applications will close when we have 12 applicants.
